By completing this form I understand that:
- My presentation is not a showcase for promotion of my business, practice, or product.
- I will not sell my products or services from the NIHRA platform.
- I will not change the subject or title of my presentation without the approval of the appropriate NIHRA Board of Directors.
- NIHRA frequently receives speaker requests and will do their best to accommodate my request. If they do not find a fit for this calendar year, they will keep my application on file for future consideration.
- NIHRA is a non-profit organization with limited resources budgeted for speaker fees. I have noted an estimate of my anticipated rates and understand that NIHRA representatives will do their best to compensate fairly with that in mind.
- NIHRA speaker presentations are typically 45-60 minutes in length and I will respect everyone’s time by keeping my presentation to the time that was agreed upon.
